Ventilation & Exhaust Systems
Proper ventilation is a code requirement, a health necessity, and a critical part of every commercial HVAC system.

About
Ventilation is one of the most overlooked aspects of commercial HVAC — until something goes wrong. Poor ventilation leads to elevated CO2 levels, humidity problems, odor issues, and in food service environments, potential health code violations. ASHRAE Standard 62.1 sets the minimum ventilation requirements for commercial buildings. Many older facilities don't meet current standards. At HVAC Pro, we start with a full ventilation assessment. We measure air exchange rates, test building pressure differentials, and evaluate existing exhaust capacity against current occupancy loads. For commercial kitchens specifically, proper exhaust design is non-negotiable. We design and install kitchen exhaust systems to meet NFPA 96 requirements and coordinate with your fire suppression provider when needed.
