Regular maintenance keeps your system running efficiently, extends its lifespan, and catches small problems before they become big ones. Our maintenance plans include seasonal tune-ups covering filter replacement, coil inspection and cleaning, refrigerant pressure testing, electrical connection checks, thermostat calibration, heat exchanger inspection, condensate drain clearing, airflow measurement, and full system startup and shutdown testing. Plans start at $12/month with no long-term contracts.
