HVAC System Commissioning
HVAC commissioning ensures every component of a new or upgraded system is installed correctly, calibrated precisely, and performing to spec.

About
A building can have the best HVAC equipment available and still underperform if it's not commissioned correctly. Improper installation, misconfigured controls, unbalanced airflow, and incorrectly set up equipment are all common — and none of them are obvious until you're in the building wondering why the system isn't working as expected. Commissioning is the process of systematically verifying that every component is installed per the design documents, operating within specification, and functioning correctly as part of the integrated system. At HVAC Pro, we provide independent commissioning services — we're not verifying our own installation work. We bring an objective perspective and document everything in a format that satisfies warranty requirements, permitting agencies, and certification bodies.

Our restaurant HVAC failed on a Friday night. HVAC Pro had a technician on-site within 90 minutes and we stayed open. That kind of reliability is everything.

HVAC Pro tested our air quality before recommending anything. They showed us the data and let us decide. That kind of honesty is refreshing.
